For the Railway Survey, Project and Engineering Services for Halkali – Bulgaria Border with a length of 230 km; Route examination for Double Line High Speed Railway Line Development survey; Preparation of track-wise maps scaled 1/2000, Processing the route on these maps; Preparation of expropriation plans; Making the drills required on the route, as well as laboratory experiments and other ground research works; Making the as-built projects in accordance with the principles in the technical specifications of artworks such as tunnels, bridges, viaducts, support walls and station plants and the railway; Making the as-built projects for the super structure, electrification, signalization and telecommunication; Preparation of EIA report of the route; Making the feasibility surveys; Preparation of exploration and mileages of the route.
