It is a highway project covering the provinces of İstanbul, Kocaeli, Sakarya in the scope of the work of “Northern Marmara Highway (Including the 3rd Bosphorus Bridge) Project Kurtköy-Akyazı (Including Connection Roads)” that was put out to tender with Build-Operate-Transfer Model within the framework of the terms and procedures established with the “Law on Realization of Certain Investments and Services in the Build-Operate-Transfer Model” numbered 3996 and Council of Ministers Decree numbered 2011/1807, and the main road body has been designed to be 2x4. In the scope of the project, projects have been prepared for the Section-4 (129+650 – 151+544) and Section-6 (188+000 – 251+111). Implementation projects have been prepared for 127.42 km highway and connection road, 32 intersections, 1 Tunnel, 9 viaducts, 77 bridges, 46 pedestrian bridges, 45 subways and 379 headwalls.
